Morgan J. Hart

Curious. Kind. Confident.

Companion.

Show me how you glow.

Hello There.

I’m Morgan.

I’m a lifelong learner that’s endlessly curious about people, their stories, their quirks, and the small details that make them who they are. I love discovering what makes someone light up and what puts them at ease.

I want to learn those things about you.  Tell me about your day, what have you been puzzling over. What draws out the version of you that forgets to be guarded for a little while. I want to revel in watching you soften into an unrestrained smile.

People call me sophisticated. Maybe it’s true. But, I’d prefer to be called genuine and kind.

My humour can be wry, because I try not to take life (too) seriously. I love to laugh. I enjoy silliness, playful banter, and people willing to commit wholeheartedly to a joke.

Once upon a time, I was very type-A. I’d become someone always prioritizing productivity over presence. Then a certain worldwide event happened. You may vaguely remember it (it got a bit of press). Suddenly time felt far more precious and a lot less negotiable.

So, when the world reopened I chose to live differently and entered the world of companionship.

Less stress, more smiles.
Less performance, more presence.

A return to joie de vivre!

I still have a strong personality. But, these days I follow my curiosity and (perhaps) yours.

Maybe it’s an afternoon with sunlight pouring through the windows. Maybe it’s an evening out on the town. Maybe it’s returning to the place you love and have been wanting to share with someone. Maybe it’s finally visiting that place you’ve been meaning to go to.

Let’s share something delicious and laugh a little too much.

Let’s indulge in the kind of ease that makes the world feel a little softer around the edges.

Whatever we get up to there will be sensual touch, there will be eye contact, and there will be a lot of smiles.

I look forward to seeing you glow.

Xo,

MJ

  • Interests: People, their stories and all the ways those stories can be told - business, psychology, history, design, movies, fiction, non-fiction, food, wine, travel…I could go on. The result is that there are few things I couldn’t find interesting. So whatever you’re into, I’d love to hear about it!

  • Eats: I’m a food lover with a curious palate. Say the word and I’m there for omakase, oysters, steak tartar, Italian, or a dim sum steamer cart rolling by. Also, fruit. Fruit is always fun. What’s your favourite food?

  • Drinks: It all depends on the occasion and what we are savouring. White wine is a go-to (I know a Chablis from a Sancerre, and I’d love to try whatever you’re interested in). Water always. By day, an oat milk matcha latte or an americano as we explore. I don’t need alcohol to enjoy myself. So, if you’d rather we skip it, that works for me.

  • Listens: My taste in music is eclectic and shifts depending on my mood. I’m not a critic. What moves you?

  • Hobbies: When in the city I try to take time for activities. When I want to settle in for some downtime I’ll be reading or watching a movie. I love staying physically active. Pilates and weights at the gym. Yoga at home. Getting outside (and out of the city). Scuba diving when near the ocean.

  • Travel Bucket List: Wherever you want to go! Also, Japan (Tokyo, seeing macaques in the hot springs), Istanbul, Iceland, Italy, Portugal (and the Azores), Germany, all the Nordic countries, scuba diving with crocodiles (Botswana or Mexico), anywhere that we can get to by seaplane.
